Boulder Ridge Retreats Rates & Policies
Pricing is based on a 10 guest max occupancy and will remain the same regardless of the number of guests.
$550 per day/Friday and Saturday (2 night minimum, must be scheduled in conjunction)
Add on a Thursday or Sunday to your weekend stay for $300.
$350 per day/Sunday-Thursday (2 day minimum)
*Book a week long stay for only $300 per day. Must be a full 7 days.*
*Book a weekend in June, July, and August for only $350/night* (2 night minimum stay)
All prices are before MN Sales Tax of 7.375%
Cash, check or money order only.
- A $300 deposit and signed rental agreement is needed within 10 days to secure your stay.
- No damage deposit is collected. After your departure, a full inspection will be done and any damages will be the responsibility of the “coordinator” of your group.
- Check in time in 12:00 Noon and Check out time is 12:00 Noon. (This can be flexible if worked out prior to rental date).
- After the deposit is made, the remaining balance is due in full 60 days before the reservation date.
- REBOOKING POLICY: Guests are given the opportunity to rebook their same time the following year. If they choose to not rebook, that time will remain open on the calendar.
- Cancellation Policy
- If the agreement is cancelled 60 days or more from the beginning reservation date, the entire deposit and any payments will be refunded in FULL.
- If the agreement is cancelled 31-59 days or less from the beginning of the reservation date, the $300 deposit will be forfeited and half of any additional payment will be refunded.
- If the agreement is cancelled 30 days or less from the beginning of the reservation date, there is NO refund.
- Notice of cancellation must be done by either written notice, email or text message and will be effective of the postmarked date or date of email or text message with a confirmation follow up by me.
Please contact us if a time is booked that you would like to be wait-listed for. Things happen and occasionally a time will open up.
** Your group must have a “coordinator.” This person is responsible for making the reservation, submitting payment for all guests, and to discuss & agree upon any replacement or repair costs due to damages.
**Contact us for availability of reservation dates, to obtain the rental agreement, and to submit the $300 deposit within 10 days to reserve and secure your dates. No dates are secure until deposit is made.
